With their commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction, our client has established a strong presence in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the property agency, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings, ensuring efficient coordination and timely communication.Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate and organized records of property listings, client information, and transactions.Prepare and distribute property brochures, marketing materials, and other relevant documents.Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions.Coordinate with property agents and clients to facilitate property showings, inspections, and open houses.Handle inquiries from potential buyers or tenants, providing information about available properties and arranging property viewings.Assist in the preparation of property listings for online platforms and marketing campaigns.Support the property agency's marketing efforts by managing social media accounts, website updates, and online listings.Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the real estate or property industry.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Knowledge of the property industry and familiarity with property management software is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
